Monday, again???

Where does the weekend go? They seem to fly by so quickly and suddenly Monday is here again! The family is all doing pretty well. Dylan had a pretty good weekend, but last night, he suddenly did not want to sleep. He may not be feeling too well; he woke up with some congestion and may have gotten Brooks' cold he got I think on his first day back to school. I guess it will be a long couple months of winter as we fight all the germs.

Gene posted some pictures we got taken of the family a couple days before Dylan was born. The blimp in blue is me, in case you couldn't tell. Luckily most of that turned out to be water weight and most of it is gone. I didn't realize how puffy I looked until we got the pictures made. The kids did pretty well but it wasn't easy getting them to cooperate. What else would you expect from and 3 yr old and a 2 yr old, but, overall, we got some pretty good shots.

The kids are doing great with Dylan. They both seem to love him so much and they are always very concerned when he is crying. They also love to get right in his face, so that may explain the congestion this morning. Hopefully everything will pass quickly.

Gene decided to make a blueberry pound cake with some leftover blueberries in the freezer with the kids this weekend. To make it extra exciting for all, he made it half pink and half blue. The kids were thrilled!
